XML specifications

Following the acquisition of Bank of the West by Bank of Montreal, please review the new requirements in the XML format and modify your payment files accordingly to ensure that your payment files can be uploaded after the migration in September 2023. 

You can find below the XML specifications to properly prepare your payment files.

If you wish to test whether your payment files can be uploaded correctly, please contact your bank representative to gain access to MyStandards Readiness Portal.
