RTB House, a fast-growing ad-tech company headquartered in Poland, faced increasing complexity in managing its global treasury operations due to a fragmented banking structure across multiple newly established entities worldwide.
To improve liquidity visibility, centralise processes, and reduce manual effort, the company sought a comprehensive solution capable of integrating with its central ERP system and streamlining payments across all entities. The need for a more cohesive treasury infrastructure became critical as the company expanded its operations and required consistent, real-time information on balances and cash flows.
To address these challenges, RTB House implemented BNP Paribas’s Connexis Cash and Connexis Gateway platforms. The solution enabled centralised account access, automated reporting, and integration of payments into the company’s ERP, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and liquidity management. Covering dozens of entities and accounts, the project improved information visibility, strengthened control over cash flows, and provided a scalable framework to support the company’s continued international growth and strategic objectives.
Beata Czerner, Treasurer, RTB House Group:
