THOM Group partnered with Axepta BNP Paribas to improve treasury efficiency and streamline payment operations across its European retail network. The solution centralised cash management and standardised card-acquiring processes across countries.

The partnership also introduced SoftPOS technology, enabling staff to accept card payments directly on mobile devices. This reduces queues, improves customer experience during busy periods, and will be expanded to more European markets.
