Sector expertise

In order to provide clients with skilled professional contacts in their respective sectors, Corporate Finance is organised on the basis of sector experts. These sectors cover the full range of the economy : financial institutions, media and telecommunications, environnement and transport, real estate, hotels, retail, consumer products and construction, industrial and support services, pharmaceuticals & chemicals, energy. Corporate Finance combines sector expertise with a focused international approach. The department relies on a global network, ensuring critical mass for highly efficient service. Corporate Finance also includes units specialised according to product, which structure transactions based on synergies between sector experts and geographical specialists: - the Equity Capital Markets team (capital increase, IPO...); - the Advisory to Listed Companies team (take over bids...); - the Business Valuation Team (offers solid know-how in carrying out complex valuations and delivers fairness opinions).
