A designated project manager at the core of this team assists you in order to tailor specific solutions. The project manager works closely with the Cash Management Manager with whom you have worked out the chosen solution. His/her duties: -Planning the various stages -Analysing the technical, legal and organisational impact -Coordinating the deployment of the solution -Assisting with the integration of the solution into your organisation.

We compile together with you a personalised implementation filewith you outlining the details of your project (technical issues, structure of the solution, geographic coverage) and the implementation structure for putting it into action (support staff, schedule, management charts).

A joint deployment committee is formed. Its duties include: -The technical study of the implementation of services -The legal implementation -The analysis of the impacts as regards organisation -The critical analysis of any sensitive issues -The implementation of your solution
Any critical points are submitted to the steering committee, comprised of decision makers from your organisation and from BNP Paribas.

We regularly assess your satisfaction by means of a questionnaire. This periodic assessment allows us to adapt the project to your needs.

When your solution is up and running, your BNP Paribas Project Manager will assist and advise you: > Training of your teams He will coordinate the deployment and the installation of cash management tools and overlook the transfer of skills to your employees. > Transfer to support services He will supervise the handing over of skills with the bank staff that manage the day to-day operation of the implemented services, in particular the BNP Paribas network branches or our after-sales service, The Cash Customer Service.
